Users are responsible for the content they create and share through MoriCard. You agree not to upload any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to explicit, defamatory, or infringing material.
2. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you create and upload using MoriCard. However, by uploading content, you grant MoriCard a license to store and display the content as part of the card creation and sharing service.
3. Data Storage
MoriCard stores user-generated content such as images and messages in a secure cloud bucket. Your content will be deleted after the expiration of your chosen plan.
4. Plan Restrictions
MoriCard offers multiple paid plans with different features, including storage time and content accessibility. By choosing a plan, you agree to the limitations and conditions specific to that plan.
5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use MoriCard to create or share content that is offensive, harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
6. Correct Email Requirement
Users must provide a valid and correct email address at the time of payment. MoriCard cannot be held responsible for undelivered services due to an incorrect email, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Please ensure that your email is accurate to receive important notifications and access information.
7. Account Suspension
MoriCard reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in abusive behavior.
8. Liability
MoriCard is not responsible for the content shared by users or for any damages arising from the misuse of the platform. Users assume full responsibility for their use of MoriCard.
9. Changes to the Terms
MoriCard reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
By creating and sharing content on MoriCard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
